Website

We offer web services including website design, development & maintenance; search engine optimisation (SEO); email marketing; search engine marketing (SEM - like Google AdWords); and content managed solutions (CMS - e.g. if you would like to update the images and words in your website, you can do it yourself using a CMS).

Firstly we provide you with a proposal for your website and once you are happy with the scope, fixed fee and timeline we have outlined we start planning your website together.

As you can see from the list below, our sites are custom designed (not by us, but by the designers we work with, as we have no style – we’re Engineers!!).  After an initial chat and some advice from us, you provide the direction for the website design via a design brief document we give you to fill out.  Our web designer provides an initial design, which you can then have refined with further feedback.

Email Marketing

We also show our customers a great and almost FREE online Email Marketing tool.  This leading product allows you to ‘blast’ out newsletters and group emails to existing customers (or prospects). Then you can see how many people (even who) reads them, which links they click on and it automatically handles the unsubscriptions for you.  We can even install a simple subscribe/unsubscribe feature in your website so people can add and remove themselves from your mailing lists.

Search Engine Optimisation

SEO is a really complex area of the web, but we have achieved some great results so far.  The proof is in the pudding, see where we rank at Google for ‘computer support london’.

Microsoft Sharepoint Intranet Development & Training

Simply, an Intranet is a very handy 'internal' website which help your team organise and share information. Your staff will access an Intranet from their office network or can be given permission to access it over the internet from outside your office, if you wish.  An Intranet is not accessible by the public from the internet.

Intranets can also be good web-based systems, for when you find a manual system or existing software a little too inflexible. For example, if Outlook Contacts or the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application ACT! doesn't quite do what you need handling all your customer information and contact history - we can show you how you can create your own custom CRM using Microsoft Sharepoint.  Of course, we can handle any complex parts you don’t know how to do but most of our customers find Sharepoint powerfully easy. You can edit its design using your web browser for example!

Microsoft's Sharepoint system is very flexible and allows us to create cost-effective solutions very quickly.  The latest version of Sharepoint offers enhanced integration between all Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel) - providing a seamless portal for your entire business
