July 2010 Tech Tip of the Month
Online meeting democracy with Doodle
![]()
This month our tech tip comes from our friends at Enabled London. Doodle allows frighteningly easy scheduling regardless whether you’re trying to organise a meet-up between companies, or you want to impress (maybe) your friends with your techno ways, with just two clicks to identify the easiest time for all parties it couldn’t be easier.
Just head over to www.doodle.com and click the schedule meeting button to get going. The people you add will each get an email and they’ll get to vote on which times are good for them.

Once everyone has voted, all you have to do is select the time you want and everyone then has the option to automatically add their meeting to Outlook or Google calendars.
It also has a pretty nice voting function if you just can’t decide where to go for your meeting as well.
It’s bring virtual ‘meeting’ democracy to the web
