Panasonic ToughBook CF-30
It may look like a laptop from the 80s, but if you need a laptop you can nearly hammer nails into wood with then this is the puppy for you.
It really is ‘tough’ able to withstand 6” drops, water being spilt over it, there was even a viral a few years back of a chimp throwing one around and it still working!

From a technical point of view, while quite bulky. It’s still quite nice having
- Touch screen
- 4GB Ram
- Core2Duo processor
- Sunlight visible screen
- 160GB HDD
The main downsides are it’ll break your arm at just under 4Kg and the bank at ~£3.5k but if you simply must have a laptop that you can throw anything at and still rely on it, or have a party piece where you drive over your computer, then this is the computer for you!
