Synchronise & Backup Your Browser Favourites/Bookmarks
Having been annoyed by constantly missing favourites/bookmarks between my computer at home and computer at work, I finally got around to synchronising them, here we have complied different options on how to install and configure syncing for your bookmarks. It also has the added benefit that your bookmarks are backed up, and accessible from any computer in the world.
Favourite Sync, capable of syncing between Internet Explorer on multiple machines, free (though they do ask for a donation), and a plugin available for FireFox. Click here for our installation guide.
BookDog, the best syncing program for Mac, capable of syncing between nearly any browser on multiple machines, $20 for 2 machines. Click here for our installation guide.
Sync2it, capable of syncing between most browsers on multiple machines including PC and Mac, free for up 3 machines. Click here for our installation guide on PC, or here for our Mac version.
