What We Do

Basically, anything to do with technology for small business. We specialise in providing IT support, IT training and IT consulting to small businesses in London, those with 1-50 staff. If your small business has any technology question or problem, you can call us and we'll find an answer or solution for you.

The main areas of technology we cover include:

• IT Support - working with technology already in place, to ensure it performs
• IT Consulting - advising customers on new technology and then helping them implement it
• IT Training - helping our customers use technology more efficiently and effectively

While they're not our core focus we found over the years - to be able to provide a seamless and pain-free IT service - we also need to provide hosting services, web & Sharepoint services and product advice & procurement.

We recognise we can’t be the “jack of all trades”, otherwise we’d be “master of none”.  So where an area of technology gets beyond our experience and expertise, we help you find the best specialist to solve your technology problem.  For example: software development, creation and maintenance of complex websites, enterprise database development & maintenance and web-based systems, voice over IP telephony (VoIP) provision and high-end IT security.  Pretty much anything else to do with technology, we can handle.
