IT and Computer Support
In conducting computer and IT support we work with technology you already have in place, to ensure it performs and your team is at its productive best. Our Engineers are centrally located in our head office in Shoreditch and London City (near Bank Station) so we can quickly go on-site to address any critical outages. Though, most of our support jobs are completed remotely - so they are resolved faster.
If your technology stops working or isn't working as best it should, simply call or email us and we'll take a look and fix it and/or give you advice and options on what to do. The important thing is you have a reliable and knowledgeable team of Engineers at call, 24 hours a day. We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a Small Business Specialist and all our Engineers are either Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers or well on their way towards obtaining certification.
We are very focused on consistently providing excellent service and high quality technical work. If you aren't totally happy with a recent job or we didn't turn up on-time or didn't start the support job with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) times - we apologise and stick to our Satisfaction Guarantee. That time is FREE.
If you choose to go on contract you receive a 15% discount on all our rates (including consulting and website design, development and maintenance), and over 30% off with our day rates.
We even like Apple Macs
Around 20% of the computers we support in London are Apple Macs, which is roughly twice their market share! Many IT support companies look after either Apple Mac or PCs. We found, in more than 10 years experience supporting small businesses, that some customers have a mix of the two, and we know how frustrating it is to have to go to several companies for support and service, so we happily look after Mac issues too.
