We started out small in 1999, with our founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Thomas Jeffs helping small businesses in London with their IT and computer support whilst he was studying at University College London.
Over the years, Tom has amassed an enormous amount of experience helping businesses with 1-50 staff: solve their IT problems; implement better technology; or learn how to use technology more effectively and productively.
Since then we have built on the approach Tom has to business and IT – fun, friendly and reliable service at extremely good value.
We now have a solid team of around 15 people and our experienced engineers, along with Tom, ensure our customers get the most from technology.
If you’d like to meet or get to know us, why not come along to one of our monthly technology seminars we hold at our head office. Or to hear what our customers think of us, read our testimonial page.
Know a small London-based IT support, IT consulting or IT training company for sale or interested in selling up?
We have some audacious plans - we’d like to grow, and grow quickly. But not to the detriment of the most important customers - the ones we already have.
We have a very firm commitment to ensuring we don’t forget those great customers who have grown with us over the years.
A large part of our growth strategy is through acquisition – buying small competitors.
So if you know anyone who has a small IT support, consulting and/or training company in London who would be interested in selling their business, ask them to get in touch with our Chief Technology Officer, Thomas Jeffs.
