About Us
We started out small in 1999, with our founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Thomas Jeffs helping small businesses in London with their IT and computer support whilst he was studying at University College London.
Over the years, Tom has amassed an enormous amount of experience helping businesses with 1-50 staff: solve their IT problems; implement better technology; or learn how to use technology more effectively and productively.
Since then we have built on the approach Tom has to business and IT – fun, friendly and reliable service at extremely good value.
We now have a solid team of around 15 people and our experienced engineers, along with Tom, ensure our customers get the most from technology.
