I.T. Services & Support

Most of our time and effort goes into helping our clients with anything technology related - as your I.T. Department. Basically, if you have a question or a problem with any technology – from your desk or mobile phone; to your laptop, BlackBerry or server – call us. If we don’t know the answer, we’ll find it - just like an I.T. Department inside a large business would.

There are two main distinctions with the I.T. Services & Support time we undertake for you – we are either supporting you, or consulting to you.

Support

Support differs from consulting in that support relates to supporting technology or technical solutions already in place. For example, if your laptop or printer stops working you would call us and log a support item with us. We will try and repair the equipment and if it is beyond repair, provide you with options on what you could do next.

Consulting

Consulting sees our Engineers advise clients on, and often then implement, new technology solutions. We may, for example, advise you on the best computer network to install at your new office (and then go and install it), or suggest the best laptop to purchase (based on the needs you outline to us).

Our Prices

For most clients, going ‘On Contract’ with Lucidica provides the greatest value-for-money. However if you need minimal I.T. Services & Support, our pay-as-you-go or ‘Out Of Contract’ plan is best.
