If a client needs a technology product - software (e.g. Microsoft Vista, Photoshop etc) or hardware (e.g. laptops, printers etc) - most call us first, for product advice and/or procurement.
Advice
As you can imagine, after many years of surrounding ourselves with a plethora of technology and seeing many many different uses for gadgets and gizmo's in action, actually in business - we are armed with valuable & practical knowledge that business people can leverage. We have seen many products boost the productivity of our clients and their team, and we love sharing this joy with all our clients.
We provide free advice to our clients on what products, and/or product specifications, would best solve their technological needs. However, if we provide you product advice and you choose not to purchase it through us, we may charge you for our time in providing the advice (at consulting rates).
Procurement
After we have advised you on the best product or product specification to purchase, we can order it for you and ensure it all turns up on time and is ready to go! Especially if it is a new computer and needs configuration for your network, or has non-standard software needs – getting Lucidica to manage it from end-to-end has taken the stress out of technology procurement for many of our clients.
And with our long-standing supplier relationships with some of the largest technology companies in the world (e.g. Dell, Microsoft, Sony, Netgear) we are often able to secure you fantastic specials, deals and the best price.
